On August 1st, 2012 ComputerSearch completed the acquisition
of Victor Liberator Time Systems(VLTS). Founded
in 1956 as a
time clock company, VLTS is the area’s leading time and labor
management solutions company. They
also provide solutions around
parking control and building access.
This acquisition was strategic to the continued growth of ComputerSearch
and the services offered to our valued
customers. We had
partnered with VLTS for many years so this acquisition will now
allow us to better integrate our
payroll offering with their
time and labor solutions all from a single service provider.
Victor Liberator Time Systems now operates under the
ComputerSearch Time & Parking Systems name.
